By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using Hoard-Board, you agree to these Terms and the Hoard-Board Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use Hoard-Board.

You must be at least 18 years old and at least the age of legal majority where you live to use Hoard-Board.
By creating an account or using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into these Terms.

Hoard-Board is intended for entertainment and creative purposes.
Hoard-Board is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional-advice service.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining the security of your account.
You may not:
- Access another person's account without permission;
- Sell or transfer your account without our permission;
- Fraudulently impersonate another person;
- Circumvent account restrictions;
- Abuse trials, referral programs, or promotional offers; or
- Create or manipulate accounts to obtain benefits you are not eligible to receive.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your Stories and Characters
You retain whatever rights you hold in the stories, characters, images, descriptions, prompts, dialogue, and other original material you provide to Hoard-Board (“Your Content”).
Hoard-Board does not claim ownership of your original characters or stories merely because you use the service.
You grant Hoard-Board a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, format, and display Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and provide Hoard-Board and the features you request.
This permission includes transmitting portions of Your Content to service providers when necessary to perform a feature you request, such as AI generation or text-to-speech.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide Your Content and authorize this processing.
You may not upload or use content in a way that unlawfully infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
5. AI-Generated Content
Hoard-Board uses artificial intelligence to create fictional story content.
AI-generated content may be unexpected, inaccurate, inconsistent, repetitive, offensive, inappropriate, or factually incorrect.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing, sharing, distributing, or relying on it.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique or that it will qualify for copyright or other intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
Hoard-Board provides tools for reporting inappropriate AI-generated content. You agree not to knowingly misuse those reporting tools.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use Hoard-Board for lawful creative storytelling, including fictional stories containing mature themes where permitted by law and these Terms.
You may not use Hoard-Board to:
- Create, solicit, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors;
- Create non-consensual intimate or sexual material involving real people;
- Facilitate fraud, scams, identity theft, or deceptive impersonation;
- Create deceptive official documents for fraudulent purposes;
- Threaten, stalk, harass, or facilitate abuse of real people;
- Facilitate terrorism or violent extremism;
- Encourage or facilitate real-world suicide, self-harm, or dangerous conduct;
- Facilitate unauthorized computer access, malicious software, credential theft, or other cyber abuse;
- Violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
- Circumvent Hoard-Board security controls, spending controls, usage limits, or access restrictions;
- Access another user's stories, credentials, account, or private information without authorization; or
- Use Hoard-Board in violation of applicable law or the rules of a service used through Hoard-Board.
Hoard-Board may support fictional mature or sexual themes, but the service may not be used primarily as a tool for prohibited sexually gratifying content or other content prohibited by applicable distribution-platform or provider rules.
We may refuse, restrict, remove, or report content or activity where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, protect Hoard-Board, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable provider or distribution-platform requirements.
7. Bringing an Outside AI to Hoard-Board
Hoard-Board may allow you to connect an AI maintained by another provider through that provider's API.
Supported outside services may include Kindroid and other services added in the future.
Connecting an outside AI does not transfer, export, copy, or remove that AI from its original service. The AI remains hosted and operated by its original provider.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining your account with the outside provider;
- Complying with that provider's terms and policies;
- Maintaining sufficient API access, credits, or subscription entitlement;
- Protecting your API credentials; and
- Charges imposed by the outside provider as a result of requests made using your credential.
When you authorize a connected AI to participate in a story, relevant story information is transmitted to that outside provider.
Information transmitted to an outside AI may become part of that provider's own conversation history or memory.
Rejecting, editing, replaying, branching, or deleting content inside Hoard-Board does not necessarily erase information that has already been transmitted to the outside provider.
Hoard-Board branches isolate Hoard-Board's own story canon but cannot guarantee isolation of memory maintained by an outside AI service. A connected AI may remember information received in another branch.
Hoard-Board is not responsible for an outside provider's independent memory behavior, model changes, moderation decisions, pricing changes, outages, account actions, data retention, or other conduct outside Hoard-Board's control.
8. API Credentials and Outside-Service Charges
Some Hoard-Board features allow you to provide your own API credential for an outside service.
You authorize Hoard-Board to store the credential securely and use it for supported requests you initiate or authorize.
Some API credentials may grant substantial control over an outside-service account even if Hoard-Board itself uses only a limited portion of the provider's API.
Use restricted credentials where available.
You are responsible for monitoring your outside-service account, credits, quotas, and billing.
Hoard-Board is not responsible for charges imposed by an outside provider because you authorized Hoard-Board to make requests using your credential, except where applicable law provides otherwise or where charges result from unauthorized use by Hoard-Board.
Removing a connection from Hoard-Board does not cancel your subscription or account with the outside provider.
9. Voice and Story Audio
Hoard-Board may provide text-to-speech, narrator audio, synthetic voice design, and support for voices hosted by outside providers.
Supported voice services may include ElevenLabs.
Hoard-Board Does Not Provide Voice Cloning
Hoard-Board does not accept voice recordings or voice samples for the purpose of cloning a person's voice.
If you connect an existing outside voice, you represent that you have the right and authorization to use that voice for your intended purpose.
You may not use Hoard-Board's voice features for unauthorized impersonation, fraud, deception, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, or violation of another person's privacy, publicity, biometric, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.
User-Funded Voices
If you connect a voice using your own outside-service API credential, speech generated with that voice uses your outside-service account.
You are responsible for maintaining sufficient credits, subscription entitlement, and API access with that provider.
If your outside provider account does not have sufficient credits or access, requested audio may fail to generate.
Hoard-Board is not responsible for your outside provider's credit balance, subscription status, pricing, account restrictions, or service availability.
Hoard-Board-Funded Voices
Voices designed and hosted through Hoard-Board and Hoard-Board narrator voices may use Hoard-Board-funded service resources.
These features may be subject to usage limits, membership requirements, availability limits, or other restrictions.
10. Trials and Premium Access
Hoard-Board may offer free trials, promotional access, Premium membership, and paid subscriptions.
An account may receive only one Hoard-Board free trial unless we expressly state otherwise.
Changing sign-in methods, linking another identity, canceling an account, or otherwise modifying authentication does not create a new trial entitlement.
Premium features and limits may differ from free, trial, or read-only access.
When paid subscriptions become available, the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and included benefits will be shown before purchase.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are also subject to applicable Google Play billing, cancellation, and refund rules.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your Hoard-Board account or stories.
Account deletion remains available regardless of subscription status.
11. Founding Accounts and Referrals
Hoard-Board may operate a Founding Tester and referral program.
A Founding account is an account granted permanent Founding status by Hoard-Board.
Founding status may permit referral participation even when the account does not have an active paid subscription.
Non-founding users may participate in the referral program while they have an eligible active paid membership.
Ordinary free or trial accounts do not gain referral privileges merely because they joined through another user's referral.
At launch, eligible Founding accounts may receive five referral codes.
Unless different promotional terms are clearly stated, every three qualified referrals may earn one 30-day Premium entitlement.
A referral becomes qualified only when the referred person creates and confirms an eligible Hoard-Board account, validly redeems the referral, and receives the applicable initial entitlement.
Referral rewards:
- Have no cash value;
- May not be sold or transferred;
- May not be generated through self-referral;
- May not be obtained through duplicate-account abuse, bots, fraud, or manipulation; and
- May be withheld or canceled where obtained through abuse or error.
Legitimately earned referral rewards will not ordinarily be revoked merely because a referred user later stops using Hoard-Board.
We may modify or end a referral program prospectively. Legitimately earned rewards already granted will not be retroactively removed except where necessary to address fraud, abuse, or an error.
12. Third-Party Services
Hoard-Board depends on services operated by third parties.
These may include Supabase, Fly.io, Cloudflare, Resend, Google, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Kindroid, and other supported providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, eligibility rules, content policies, usage limits, and availability.
Hoard-Board does not control those independent services.
An integration may be modified, restricted, suspended, or removed if a provider changes its API, terms, technical requirements, pricing, availability, or policies.
References to supported outside providers do not imply that those providers sponsor, endorse, own, or operate Hoard-Board.
13. Hoard-Board Intellectual Property
Hoard-Board's software, branding, interface, original graphics, logos, documentation, and other materials provided by WillAI are owned by WillAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Hoard-Board for its intended purposes.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Hoard-Board itself to you.
14. Feedback
If you voluntarily send us suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback concerning Hoard-Board, you permit us to use that feedback to develop, operate, and improve the service without compensation or obligation to you.
Providing feedback does not transfer ownership of your private stories or characters to WillAI.
15. Availability and Changes
Hoard-Board is under active development.
Features, AI models, integrations, narrator voices, interfaces, usage limits, membership benefits, and other functionality may change.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may temporarily limit or suspend features for maintenance, security, provider outages, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or other reasonable operational purposes.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict an account when we reasonably believe that the account:
- Violates these Terms;
- Threatens the security of Hoard-Board or another user;
- Abuses trials, referrals, or usage limits;
- Creates significant legal or provider risk;
- Engages in fraudulent activity; or
- Uses Hoard-Board for prohibited activity.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation.
You may stop using Hoard-Board at any time.
You may request deletion of your account through Hoard-Board or through the public account-deletion process.
17. Account Deletion
Deleting a Hoard-Board account removes the active account and associated Hoard-Board stories, characters, memories, media, connected credentials, and other account data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.
Deleting Hoard-Board does not automatically delete accounts, content, memories, voices, subscriptions, or data maintained independently by outside providers that you connected to Hoard-Board.
You must manage those outside accounts directly with the applicable provider.
18. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOARD-BOARD IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT HOARD-BOARD WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PURPOSE.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, UNIQUE, APPROPRIATE, CONSISTENT, OR FREE FROM ERRORS.
CONNECTED OUTSIDE SERVICES ARE OPERATED BY THEIR RESPECTIVE PROVIDERS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR AVAILABILITY, OUTPUT, MEMORY BEHAVIOR, PRICING, POLICIES, ACCOUNT STATUS, OR CONTINUED COMPATIBILITY WITH HOARD-BOARD.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOARD-BOARD AND WILLAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF HOARD-BOARD.
THIS INCLUDES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF OUTSIDE-SERVICE CREDITS, OR COSTS ARISING FROM THE FAILURE OR CONDUCT OF AN OUTSIDE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO HOARD-BOARD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO HOARD-BOARD DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
- US $100.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
20. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Hoard-Board collects, uses, stores, protects, discloses, retains, and deletes information.
Using AI generation, voice generation, authentication, or connected-service features may require information to be processed by the applicable service providers described in the Privacy Policy.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Hoard-Board develops or our legal, technical, or business requirements change.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law.
If you do not agree with updated Terms, you may stop using Hoard-Board and delete your account.
22. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your Hoard-Board account or your rights under these Terms without our permission.
We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of the business, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented for a specific feature or promotion constitute the agreement governing your use of Hoard-Board.
